  19. I have just received a copy of Watcom's F77/386.  The concept is wonderful,
  20. although I have not had much time to test it.  The compiler, linker, make
  21. etc. all run under DOS or under OS/2, and it can generate executables or
  22. dynamic link libraries for DOS, Windows and OS/2.
