  22. Good question, easy (relatively) answer (I think).

  24. Go back to the Window List (after you've opened a settings notebook).
  25. Click on the name of the settings notebook with mouse button two.
  26. Select Cascade.  Repeat as necessary for any other settings notebooks
  27. in the Window List (or highlight and Cascade all at once).
