  12. Is your company a member of the OS/2 Developer Assistance Program?  As a
  13. member of the DAP, I am finding IBM responsive to solving problems
  14. developers run into during their work.  I can't say this is true 100% of
  15. the time.  Todd Crowe and I have an outstanding PMR out with IBM on an
  16. IPF bug and the programmer seems very dense.
