- This driver was originally designed to bring com3 support to os2 1.x. You
- may not need it in 2.0 (although several of us used it to solve early
- problems with OS/2 failing to find the com3 port).

- You should not need it to provide buffered support. The mode command can
- handle this. I do not know if com16550 will provide suport in dos-boxes.
