  11. You shouldn't delete MIRRORS.DLL because it is not just for programmers ...
  12. any program developed with the Mirrors porting tool will need that DLL to
  13. be present on the system.  Removing it will mean you won't be able to run
  14. any programs developed with Mirrors. (which actually may not be many yet).
