  21. Before we all go running around claiming there's a problem, please
  22. read the FAQ List.  The swapper is designed with hysteresis.

  24. Now, I am not ruling out a problem here, but please make sure you are
  25. aware of the proper behavior of the swap file, then try to determine
  26. whether there is a bug.  (Apologies to those who consider this old
  27. hat.)
