  27. Note that the Service Pak (available from software.watson.ibm.com and
  28. ftp-os2.nmsu.edu) is not recommended for non-U.S. editions of OS/2
  29. 2.0.  You should use the national language version of the Service Pak
  30. for your country.  Now, I don't know if that's causing this specific
  31. problem, but all bets are off when you apply the Service Pak to
  32. anything but the U.S. edition.
