  15. Just as a little note to people when you call up tech support at companies.
  16. If you want to get a thoughtful answer and not just the answer that they give
  17. people to get them off of the line as soon as possible, when a tech support 
  18. person answers a question, ask them if you can quote them on the Internet
  19. news.  Tech support people dig a lot deeper to find correct answers if they
  20. think that what they say might come back to haunt them.
