  11. I have a strange situation that I haven't encountered before.
  12.  
  13. I have a program which, apparently, tried to access LPT1: directly.  OS/2
  14. intercepts this with the error that another application is using the printer
  15. and that I can either terminate my DOS session, or terminate the application
  16. which is using the printer.
  17.  
  18. My problem is, nobody is using the printer.
  19.  
  20. Can anyone offer some insights?

  22. BTW, I can use the printer in the VDM and in the DOS emulation modes, as well
  23. as from within Borland C, so I know that the printer is accessible from the
  24. DOS sessions.
