- This just shows what a bunch of numnuts the editors of PC/Computing are. Who
- the hell ever said Windows 3.1 was an _operating system_?? It's a pretty
- shell for a 16 bit non re-entrant interrupt handler written in the early
- 80's for a processor limited by design to 1M of RAM.
