  31. This just shows what a bunch of numnuts the editors of PC/Computing are. Who 
  32. the hell ever said Windows 3.1 was an _operating system_?? It's a pretty 
  33. shell for a 16 bit non re-entrant interrupt handler written in the early 
  34. 80's for a processor limited by design to 1M of RAM.

  39. recognizing can't tell their left hand from their right unless Bill Gates
