  10. I'm looking into a new hard drive and am trying to choose between IDE and
  11. SCSI.  I'd prefer SCSI, but am puzzled about which adapter to get.

  13. I'm leaning toward the Future Domain 1680, but there seem to be several
  14. flavors; i.e. the vanilla, SVP, and DNK models.  Since the DNK flavor costs
  15. around $100 more than the suffixless version, what's the difference, and
  16. which should I get for OS/2 use?
  17.  
  18. BTW, the drive I'm planning on is the Maxtor 7213S.  Any experiences with it?
