  23. I suspect that the files might be growing because of freespace
  24. fragmentation leaving lots of little freespace regions that are not
  25. big enough to use for anything.  This could happen easily if key
  26. values were changed often.Without studying the way that the INI files
  27. store data, however, this is just a guess.
