  13. Can anyone tell me if there is a way of changing the settings
  14. of every folder in the system. The Scheme editor only lets me
  15. change a few things -- I want to set every folder in the system
  16. to use 8-pt Helv icon text for all icon views, with default
  17. view set to Flowed.
