  15. I have a problem with installing OS/2 particularly with boot manager.
  16. The problem is that after installing the OS/2 and turning the machine
  17. on it takes about 15 minutes for the boot manager screen to come up 
  18. completely.  Every character takes about 1 to 2 minutes to appear.
  19. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the OS/2 desktop then everythingg
  20. runs as it should.

  22. I have installed OS/2 in the following partition formation on 
  23. disk 1 (130Mb).

  26. 1  Meg   Boot Manager   (primary)

  28. 3  Meg   Dos 5          (primary)

  30. 50 Meg   Os/2           (primary)  High performance

  32. 50 Meg   HP             (extended) drive d:

  35. My system's specification is as follows:

  37. 486 Dx /33
  38. 8 Meg Ram
  39. one 130 Mb Hard  drive
  40. one 210 Mb Hard  drive

  42. The instalation is done on the 130 Mb disk.
