  33. Try the background bitmaps from software.watson.ibm.com on pub/os2/mics         
  34. The files are called BGA1BMPS.ZIP and BGA2BMPS.ZIP.  Just use these             
  35. files to test whether your OS/2 config can display them in 256 colors.  If      
  36. so I would suspect the files that you made.  These bitmaps from IBM look        
  37. great on my XGA display as a background.
