- Why does this cause OS/2 to hang, requiring a COLD reboot:
-
- -Start ANY WIN-OS/2 program seamless.
-
- -Drag something on the WPS desktop.
-
- This causes the mouse pointer to disappear, and the keyboard locks.
- Any running apps. also 'freeze'. I then need to cold reboot.
-
- I'm fairly sure the problem bust be specific to my system, as I've only
- heard something similar mentioned once.
-
- System:
-
- 8MB DX40 clone
- 1MB generic Tseng 4000 in 800x600x256 @ 56Hz
- GA + Service Pack
- Serial Mouse on COM3
-
- This only started after installing the SP.
-
- Any help much appreciated.
-
- Paul.
