  11. Hi there,
  12.      after receiving and installing TCPIP v1.2 which does not work
  13. under 2.0, I duly removed it, but not as the manual suggested :-( I then
  14. tried to instal version 1.2.1, but it does'nt have the ethernet drivers
  15. on the disc yet, and so I get errors about being unable to find
  16. macwd.dat or wahtever. I press enter, and one of the TCPIP drivers
  17. loads, and the machine then hangs. If I boot from a floppy, I can't
  18. acess my HPFS partition, and so I cant edit my config.sys file to stop
  19. the TCPIP stuff being loaded. Anyone out there able to tell me what I
  20. have to do to get at my config.sys ? (if I do a 'dir' after booting from
  21. floppy, I get "incorrect internal file identifier") Am I destined for a
  22. complete re-install or is there some way out ??
