- Would you believe that you need the diskettes?

- IBM caught a lot of flak for this packaging because of the problem you
- describe, namely that if you want to repartition you have to get the
- diskettes, which weren't included with the preloaded systems. I
- believe they are now.

- If you know a friendly IBM SE you might be able to get him/her to give
- you the diskettes (especially if you can give him the necessary blank
- disks). The charge for disks is supposedly a "media charge."
