- Like most others, I can't stand waiting for seamless WIN-OS2 to start
- up an application. So I tried the following with much success:

- Migrate the WIN-OS2 program manager (C:\OS2\MDOS\WINOS2\PROGMAN.EXE)
- to a WPS icon. Run it. Program manager pops up. From there, you can
- launch Windows apps seamlessly and they load quickly, since WIN-OS2
- never terminates. Program Manager can be minimized (as always) if you
- want to get it off the screen.
