- First of all, HPFS drives don't use clusters. All HPFS files are
- allocated in units of 512 bytes.

- As for FAT volumes, I believe it goes as follows:
- 360K floppies: 1K clusters
- other floppies: 512 byte clusters
- hard drive partitions below 32MB: 1K clusters
- hard drive partitions below 64MB: 2K clusters
- hard drive partitions below 128MB: 4K clusters
- hard drive partitions below 256MB: 8K clusters

- It should be obvious that if you need FAT storage, you should probably
- keep your partitions smaller than 128MB, and maybe below 64MB.
