  12. Not strictly an application question, but it's slightly related. Today,
  13. every time I've tried to connect with hobbes.nmsu.edu using FTP, I get
  14. the message

  18. However, this only happens when I try to connect from one particular machine.
  19. If I TELNET from there to another, then try FTP, it works fine. What's going
  20. on? Has my computer been blacklisted?
