- Does anyone know of a program that will convert .Gif's into something that can
- be used in 256 colors for the backgroung of the WPS?? I downloaded the
- bga1bmps.zip and bga2bmps.zip off of software.watson.ibm.com and it contains
- some cool .BGA files that look really nice as backgrounds in the WPS....And
- they appeared to be in 256 colors.. and I installed the service pack with the
- Tseng Svga drivers with dspinstl so I should be able to get 256 colors right?
- I tryed using vpic50 to convert .Gif's to windows 3.0 .Bmps's and it would
- only display it in 16 colors as a backgroung ... but vpic would view it in 256
- colors.... anyone have any ideas on what I can do to get them to work ... I got
- the same results with gif2bmp(os2 version). it wouldn't display in 256 colors..
