  24. Using GCP, you can download all the new messages you want to review, and while
  25. you are looking at, and possibly responding to, them offline, you can kick off
  26. a new online session, in a separate thread, to do a download/upload.  You can
  27. only have a single active CIS session, but you can have multiple offline ones
  28. doing various things.
