- Since BP 7.0 is now shipping, there are no secrets there. I'll take a
- chance at putting my foot in my mouth (I'm not a BP expert, but I'm
- pretty sure this information is correct) and answer: BP 7.0 can
- produce programs for real mode DOS, for 16-bit protected mode DOS
- (using our royalty-free DPMI DOS extender), and for Windows. It
- doesn't produce programs for running under native mode OS/2. The
- protected mode DOS apps it produces are compatible with the OS/2 2.0
- VDM. For some quirky reason the headers in the protected mode DOS exe
- files are marked as being PM OS/2 1.3 executable files, but they
- aren't.
