  22. IBM's Toolkit should keep you going.  In the U.S. it can be had for
  23. about $79 (or $15 -- the cost of the OS/2 PDK CD-ROM).  You might want
  24. to check the announcement letters available via anonymous ftp from
  25. ftp-os2.nmsu.edu, directory /pub/os2/2.0/info/ibm, for more
  26. information on the Toolkit.
