- There is no native printer driver for the IBM 3812. You have to use the
- IBM Graphics Printer driver, IBM5152.DRV. This is not shipped with OS/2 2.0
- but can be obtained from various sources:
-
- * Compuserve, Forum OS2SUPPORT, lib 17
- * NSC BBS in Atlanta, 1-404-988-2790
- * OS/2 BBS 1-800-547-1283
- * possibly by anonymous FTP from software.watson.ibm.com
- * in US, the OS/2 Support Line, 1-800-237-5511
-
- Having said all that, I have seen reports that the Epson 9 pin driver works
- better than the IBM5152 driver, but I cannot confirm this, or deny it for that
- matter.
-
- Finally, I have the source code for a Windows driver for 3812/3816 which I
- propose to convert to an OS/2 driver at some time. Finding the time is
- difficult at the moment though.
