  16. What utility do I use to read the errorlogs under Microsoft's OS/2 1.3 that 
  17. is shipped with Lan Manager?  I've got an AST Premium SE server that refuses 
  18. to stay up for more than a 3 day stretch.  I've got an error log entry for 
  19. each crash, but the logs are binary formatted files.
