- Having installed all the relevant drivers from the CD and filled in all the
- blanks in the install dialog the tcp/ip and telnet services appears to start ok
- according to the services control panel applet but ping telnet etc just refuse to see anything including pinging oneself.

- In dos on the same machine FTP's PCTCP is working fine so the problem lies
- somewhere in the NT setup. After browsing through Compuserve there seem to
- be several folks with similar woes.
- Could someone who's got it working post a summary of what to check when
- setting up the TCP/IP service over token ring.
- This is definitely a must for the FAQ.
