  14. I just had to give my own input to this question...

  16. G2000 had more problems back a few years ago, and lately we have not
  17. had any hardware problems, until last week. This new 486 DX2 50E came
  18. with a 256k RAM video board. This means that Windows hangs everytime
  19. you try to do something graphics intensive. Although Gateway mentioned
  20. that NO PC has anything less than a 1Meg video card on it, it is possible
  21. that one came faulty.

  23. As for their support lines, waiting 2 days to get through is not
  24. an exaggeration. Actually, it didn't bother me because they happened
  25. to be playing a rather nice CD on the phone while I waited. It was
  26. Vivaldi's four seasons... I got to listen to at least 2 of them!
