  14. I recently installed the Developer Network Pre-release CD under
  15. Windows 3.1.  The setup of the viewer did not pose any problems.
  16. However,  I can't seem to launch 'viewer' from its icon in the
  17. corresponding group.  I can execute viewer from the DOS command
  18. line; it will bring up Win 3.1 and itself without any problems.
  19. I checked & re-checked the properties dialog box for the viewer
  20. icon; there is no problem there that I can.
  21.  
  22. Has anyone seen this type of a problem?  Any help would be appreciated.
