  14.    There are several TCP/IP for Windows available, one is TCP/IP for windows from NetManager, Another one is Distinct TCP/IP for Windows, which support PPP beside SNMP, socket interface, RPC and FTP.  Also there is a Super TCP/IP for windows with all the above features too.  
  15.    Company information is available in different communication or network magazines, and above three are recommended. 
  16.    If you will use any of them, please tell me how they are.
