  12. ARCHES.BMP filesize is 400 bytes more than width*height/2+118
  13. (ARCHES.BMP = 10358, width = 123, height = 160) could some experts
  14. tell me why. The program I wrote to show BMP file (based on
  15. WINDOWS 3.0 BITMAP FORMAT) failed on this one. The picture is skewed.
