  17. which looks like an normal Windows button, but is empty? The problem here
  18. is to get the 3D effect right. I suspect this is driver dependant.

  20. Well, I might create an empty normal button of the same size and BitBlt its
  21. bitmap to a memory DC, but there must be an easier way.
