  10. While developing my Windows apps with Borland C++ 3.1, occasionally I get
  11. UAEs (or whatever they're called now) and sometimes I just go into the weeds
  12. (well perhaps, more than occasionally).  Once I fix the problem, I usually
  13. restart Windows and carry on again.  I do this just to make sure in case I
  14. have corrupted Windows.
  15.  
  16. The question is - should I also re-boot DOS when this happens?  Does Windows
  17. have any sort of barriers between my app and DOS?  I'm using Windows 3.1 and
  18. DOS 5.0.
