  11. I am trying to put a bitmap in a button that I have created with a 
  12. CreateWindow call.  I got the hdc of the 'button' window and tried
  13. to BitBlt to it, but it didn't appear.  Is there something special
  14. that I have to do?  I'm trying to put a .bmp file into the button
  15. face.
