  13. I work for a company that is preparing to port a DOS product out to Win 3.1.  We are going to get the SDK docs.  However, are these docs good enough to get started with Win 3.1 programming.

  15. I would like some other suggestions for Win 3.1 programming.  I have heard that Petzold's book is good.

  17. Any other suggestions for documentation and how to get started with the Win 3.1 programming would be GREATLY apprectiated.
