  12. I am trying to draw a frame similar to the "ghost frame" Windows draws
  13. when you move a window by dragging the caption bar. I am having problems,
  14. however.

  16. Even on a 24-bit display this frame appears to be dithered. I cannot find
  17. a pen style and color to draw the same pattern. I suppose the width and
  18. height of the frame is SM_CXFRAME and SM_CYFRAME, respectively.

  20. Or do I have to draw two rectangles and fill the gap in between with a
  21. specific pattern?
