  13.     I'm not sure if anyone here will be able to help me this, but from
  14. time to time, I have to do quite a few DISKCOPY's due in part to my really
  15. wierd backup procedure (but that's not important right now).  I usually just
  16. use the plain old standard DISKCOPY command from the dos prompt, but I only
  17. have one of each drive type so I wind up switching disks alot.  I can't speak
  18. for everyone here, but I really hate switching disks.  Anyway, I am curious if
  19. there is a patch that I could write to DISKCOPY or if there is a third party
  20. program that performs the same function that would utilize the 8 megs of ram
  21. in my system and get me out of that disk switching rut.  I called the goofs
  22. at the Microsoft customer support center (customer annoyance center would be
  23. more like it) and they said that they had never looked into making DISKCOPY
  24. break the first 640k.  I realize that DOS is *only* ten years old and that we
  25. never really needed more that 640k before Windows, but I can't be the only one
  26. that's ever been really hacked off about this.  Thanks in advance for any help

  29.     Oh, and while I'm complaining and I have your attention, why does the
  30. copy command still say such things like "1 File(s) Copied"?  You'd think they
  31. could have at least corrected this tragic grammer problem sometime in the last
  32. decade...
