  12. I am running DOS 5.0 on a 386DX33.

  14. Was working in an application program when was forced to warm boot. After
  15. doing so, I got messages that "first allocation unit is invalid, entry
  16. truncated" for the file I was working with. The bak file came back as "cross
  17. linked on allocation unit 6087" Anyone know what this is all about? Can I
  18. recover these files? They seem to be on the hard drive in their proper
  19. subdirectories, but I am unable to open or access them - the system just
  20. freezes up. Any helps appreciated...
