  12. I've heard a rumour that Borland C++ 4.0 is due to ship at the end of this
  13. year and will include a DOS extender.  How well founded is this this
  14. info?  Also, does anyone knwo (or have any idea) what the compliance
  15. modes (e.g. DPMI etc) of the extender will be and whether there are
  16. likely to be any distribution royalties on programs that include it?
