- running in english mode (chev us), dosv is for all practical
- purposes msdos 5.0. running in japanese mode, you must not do
- hardware video writes. the basic documentation is piss poor.
- even if you can read japanese, it won't help you. if you have
- the programmers manuals, try finding a japanese native on campus,
- preferably someone in computer science. i read japanese and may
- be able to answers ~limited~ questions.
