  32. Which means the ``cannot'' should probably be ``will not''.  I could
  33. comment about standing up to a bully, but it isn't my cross to bear and
  34. CMU has to do what they feel is best for them.  Sigh.

  36. P.S.  Rumor has it that tar snapshots of BSDSS/BNR2 (from just before it
  37. was jerked) can be had from various places for the asking.  Of course that
  38. is just a rumor---I wouldn't want to be accused of sanctioning the
  39. trafficing of this allegedly contraband code.  AT&T's ``beady eyed toon 
  40. shysters'' might get it into their miniature brains to come after me.
