  18. EXE2BIN will only work with a very limited range of *.exe files.  *.com
  19. files are a hangover from CP/M days of 64K memory models.  You can write
  20. them small because so much is assumed, so they are still quite popular for
  21. quick and dirty (and in some cases clean) utilities.
