  11. i've uploaded dvi2pcl binary to tsx-11.mit.edu
  12.  /pub/linux/packages/TeX/dvi2pcl-bin.tz

  14. it includes support for the HP PaintJet XL.

  16. since the pj is supported, it may also work with a deskjet..someone please
  17. try it with a deskjet:
