- I have an "el-cheapo" mouse on my system that has three
- buttons. It says it can *automatically* tell (yeah, I know...sure)
- if it should emulate a microsoft 2 button or a PC mouse 3 button.
- The problem I have is, it doesn't work under X11. I have tried
- every type of mouse X11 supports and it never recognizes the
- middle button. Now, it does work for both microsoft and something
- else (I can't remember which...sorry).
-
- My question is, is there a hack I can make to the kernel
- to improve this? I have noticed what look like mouse related files
- in the kernel, what do they do?
-
- Thanks
