- I've just pulled down thursday night, the latest SLS distribution. I went
- to install, and noticed that LILO version 5 is included now. After doing
- a complete new installation (losing my version 6 LILO files), I was able
- to boot with the updated 0.98.p5 set.
-
- However, after I tried to use the included LILO package, I found that I
- could not boot into linux; had some problem with getting to the superblock.
- I was however able to reboot and make the msdos selection within LILO.
-
- I'm going to pull another copy of the LILO 6.0 package today to see if
- it will work successfully.

- p.s. why doesn't someone change the /etc/motd file to the latest rev
- of the os? it's still saying .96. in it...?
