  12. I have the problem of being a) pretty new to the linux environment
  13. and
  14.                 b) Xwindows doesent want to run in colour
  15. for me
  16.  
  17. What seems to be ahppening is that the bitmap is getting either
  18. corrupted or that the bits are being placed in the wrong positions.
  19. The cursor and all the screen is as if they had been "meshed" is the
  20. only way i can describe it. They appear as fuzzy images rather than
  21. clear. This problem does not occur in mono but xv is very fuzzy.
  22. Could anyone offer some sugestions on what it is that i need do in order
  23. to fix this problem
