  13. Is anybody else having problems with telnetd?  When I upgraded to .98p5 my 
  14. telnetd stopped working.  I can telnet out but when I try to telnet back
  15. to my linux machine it fails.  Also when I ftp to sunsite.unc.edu from
  16. my linux machine and do a dir or ls I get can't bind port.
