  49. So now I have a working linux system.  However, there are some problems still. 
  50. X does not run.... I get something like this.

  60. Another problem i have is with lilo.... This is my situation....

  62. /dev/hda1  dos
  63. /dev/hda2  linux /
  64. /dev/hda3  linux /usr
  65. /dev/hda4  linux swap

  67. so I booted linux from the floppy of the sls, built and installed lilo, moved 
  68. the Image from / to /etc (why is the image put in / anyhow?) and ran lilo like

  71. lilo -i /etc/lilo/boot.b \
  72.     linux=/etc/Image \
  73.     msdos=<whatever string was for msdos>

  75. It seemed to work untill I rebooted.  At that point I would get some errors 
  76. about the kernal syncing or something about the swap space.... and then 
  77. it just hangs with a kernal panic....
