- Having successfully configured a machine to run linux with X I have been
- trying to configure networking but some details are not clear. Has there
- been any discussion on recommended network setup and/or install procedures?
- I havent found much in the docs area that discusses networking. I currently
- have an WD8013EP card installed with parameters matching the kernel code.
- All telnet attempts generate Network unreachable so I have not configured
- something. In /etc/inet there is a binary for config - but have been unable
- to locate the source. This would probably do the job but its action is
- unclear. All attempts give protocol not supported. Can anyone provide
- some pointers?

- Current config: 386DX 40MHz 8M Ram 105M IDE Hard Disk
- SLS release with No SCSI and with networking
- per instructions.
- WD8013EP networking card (0x280/IRQ 5/D0000)

- P.S. If no install docs exists for network install I'd be interested
- in contributing a writeup on this procedure - if theres interest.
